When we found the property we eventually purchased, which turned out to be a land parcel, Andie performed thorough research on the due diligence information and provided excellent guidance through the bidding, survey/feasibility study, and closing processes such that we really felt her full commitment to the optimal outcome with which we were totally comfortable. My partner and I found Andie as we started looking for housing within a 30 mile radius of Dunkirk, MD. As we progressed in our journey Andie very patiently saw us look at dozens of houses that ranged from $1M down to $250K and everything in between. Further, we were looking all over, from Davidsonville, Dunkirk, Bowie, Edgewater, Mayo, Upper Marlboro, Chesapeake Beach, Deale, and North Beach.
