    The real estate market during our search was challenging, to say the least. Inventory was very limited, homes were listed with crazy prices, and they were selling within a day or two of hitting the market, with crazy offers. WAY over asking, cash, no contingencies, no inspections, sellers stay in home rent-free for weeks/months. We started the process of relocating from Michigan to Maryland while still in Michigan, which meant FaceTime showings and considering homes we’d never even seen. Andie made every effort to show homes we were interested in, often on short notice and often worked into the night (and while on vacation!) to submit offers and make sure our offers were competitive. It took time and several offers before we were successful. Even during that stress, it was a lot of fun working with Andie. Highly recommend!
